We operate a very efficient delivery service using Interlink next day courier or for very small parcels Royal Mail.

You will receive an email on the day of despatch.
Next day courier provides a text or email 1hr Time Slot Notification.

International

Delivery costs outside UK mainland are determind by weight. Simply add the items to your shopping basket to see the total delivery costs for you order.

Extended Christmas Returns: For the convenience of our customers we are extending our Christmas returns period again this year. Christmas gift items without personalised embroidery may be returned for refund or exchange up until 21st January 2019.

Personalised items: Items that have been personalised with embroidery for customers are non-returnable unless faulty, as the embroidery cannot be removed once applied.

Special order: Items that are marked special order on our website are not stock and are ordered individually for customers. These items may not be returned unless faulty.
