Contact us at sales@biju.co.uk
to let us know that you are returning items before doing so. Then send
your items in the original packaging with a copy of your order and reason
for return to us at Biju Returns, at the address above.
Delivery of your order
When your order is despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation
message by email. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign
for the package if it is denoted in the email as "Next Day Delivery"
by Courier.
If your purchase has been sent by Royal Mail the order will take 3-5
days to be delivered and a card will be left by the Post Office if it
will not fit through the letterbox.
