Help with choosing your bathrobe

Let's start by looking at the available fabrics. We always use natural materials for our products as this makes the best robes.

For a lightweight holiday robe choose either cotton waffle, or linen as they are both lightweight. This makes them ideal for hotter climates and they use little space in your suitcase.

For wearing after a shower we recommend cotton towelling or velour. Both of these fabrics have terry towelling loop fabric inside (like a towel) and will dry you nicely. At Biju you can choose from lighter weight robes which are still nice and thick such as the classic, and heavier weight robes that are even more snuggly. It is worth remembering that the thicker the robe, the heavier it will be. Our robes range from 1.5kg to over 2 kg for a medium size.

For lounging we recommend any of our robes depending on your taste, though we can heartily recommend the hooded velour robes as in our view they are the most sumptuously comfortable in any situation.
